Rodin & Co AS announces strategic acquisition of Optimel Elektronik och Plåtteknik AB: Strengthens its position as a leading supplier of workshop fittings and equipment

September 2023 – Rodin & Co AS, a leading supplier of workshop equipment and fittings, is proud to announce its strategic acquisition of Optimel Elektronik och Plåtteknik AB, a recognized manufacturer of premium workshop fittings in both Norway and Sweden. The company also produces tire hotel solutions, mailboxes through its own brand, Biggi. Padded cabinet and packaging machine solutions, as well as sub-component production for other industries such as pharmaceuticals etc. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and strengthens its position as a leading player in the industry.
